  • Standard Free Shipping:
    • Cost: Completely free for all orders of physical books, with no minimum purchase required.
    • Eligibility: Available for domestic shipments within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered. If you’re outside the US, please contact us for alternative options.
    • For Ebooks: Ebooks are not subject to physical shipping. They are delivered digitally via email or your account dashboard immediately after purchase (or within a few minutes during processing).

2. Shipping for Physical Books

Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Within the continental United States: 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
    • To Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, high order volumes, or carrier delays. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS.com for USPS shipments).
  • If you don’t receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Packaging and Handling

  • All physical books are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use eco-friendly materials where possible.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately for efficiency.

3. Shipping for Ebooks

  • Digital Delivery: Ebooks are delivered instantly or within minutes of purchase. You will receive a download link via email or access it directly through your Readly Store account.
  • Requirements: Ensure your email address is correct at checkout, and check your inbox (including spam/junk folders). Most ebooks are in PDF or EPUB format and can be read on any compatible device.
  • No Physical Shipping: There are no shipping fees, delays, or tracking associated with ebooks.

4. General Shipping Policies

Order Minimums and Restrictions

  • Free Shipping Applies: To all physical book orders, regardless of size or value.
  • Restrictions:
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes for physical orders, as some carriers may not deliver to them. Please provide a physical street address.
    • Certain books may have restrictions based on content (e.g., age-restricted items), which will be noted on the product page.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if shipping is not feasible (e.g., due to address issues).

Potential Issues and Resolutions

  • Delays or Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Returns and Refunds: For physical books, if you receive a damaged item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (subject to our Returns Policy). Ebooks are non-refundable once downloaded, as per digital goods standards.
  • Customs and Duties: For any future international shipping, customers would be responsible for any customs fees. However, as noted, this is not currently available.
